What this website collects
Nothing. There is no account system, no analytics tag and no advertising pixel. The booking form does not send anything anywhere on its own: it opens WhatsApp or your own email client with a pre-written message, which you then choose to send or not. Until you contact us, we hold no data about you.
Data you send us
When you write to us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, we receive your name, your contact details and the details of the journey you are asking about — dates, addresses, number of passengers, flight number where relevant. We use them to answer you, to prepare a quotation and, if you book, to carry out the transport. The legal basis is the performance of the contract or the steps taken before entering into it. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for three years from our last exchange. Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as French commercial law requires.
Who else sees this data
The driver assigned to your journey, and any partner operator we subcontract to when our own fleet is fully booked. Our email runs on Google Workspace and this website is hosted by Netlify, both United States companies, which means some data is processed outside the European Union under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation also passes through Meta, under their own terms. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing emails.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@paristraveltransfer.com and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
