In force as of 13 August 2026.
1. The seller
Paris Travel Transfer, 34 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. SIREN 822289948, VAT FR00822289948, Atout France registration IM075170022. Financial guarantee: APST, 15 avenue Carnot, 75017 Paris. Professional liability insurance: Hiscox SA, 38 avenue de l'Opéra, 75002 Paris.
2. Services
We sell private transfers and day trips in a chauffeur-driven vehicle, departing from Paris and the surrounding region. Prices are per vehicle, not per person. Where a service exceeds twenty-four hours or includes an overnight stay, it constitutes a package holiday and is additionally governed by articles L.211-1 and following of the French Tourism Code.
3. Booking
Every enquiry is answered with a written quotation setting out the route, date, time, vehicle and price. The contract is formed once you accept that quotation and the deposit has been received. As the service is supplied on a specific date, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
4. Price
The price includes the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls, insurance and the parking provided for in the programme. It does not include entrance fees, meals, guides or any service not listed in the quotation. Any waiting time or extra distance requested on the day, beyond the agreed programme, is charged in addition at the rate quoted before it is carried out.
5. Payment
A deposit of 50% is paid at booking, the balance on the day of the service at the latest. Payment is made by bank transfer, by card, or in cash within the legal limit.
6. Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations must be sent to us in writing at info@paristraveltransfer.com. More than 15 days before the agreed date, we retain 30% of the price. Between 14 and 3 days, 50%. Less than 72 hours before, or if you do not appear at the agreed place and time, the full price remains due. Where the service exceeds twenty-four hours or includes an overnight stay, you may cancel free of charge in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination and affecting the performance of the contract, in accordance with article L.211-14 of the French Tourism Code.
7. Cancellation by the seller
If we have to cancel, we refund you in full within fourteen days. We may replace the agreed vehicle with one of equivalent or higher category at no extra cost. Where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances make the service impossible, no compensation is owed on either side beyond the refund.
8. Liability, luggage, delays
We are responsible for the proper performance of the transport. We are not liable where the failure is attributable to the passenger, to a third party unconnected with the service, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances such as a road blockade, severe weather or a decision of the authorities. The number and size of bags must be declared at booking; we reserve the right to refuse a load exceeding the capacity of the vehicle. Valuables remain in the passenger's care.
9. Insurance
Our vehicles and passengers are covered by our transport insurance. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance, which we do not provide.
10. Passenger obligations
Seat belts are compulsory. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on board. Child seats must be requested at booking. The driver may end the service, without refund, in the event of dangerous behaviour or obvious intoxication.
11. Complaints
Complaints must be sent to info@paristraveltransfer.com within thirty days of the service. We reply within one month. Failing a solution, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose details are provided on request.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
