I had two quotes. The first company was more expensive and never followed up. They seemed really fancy, but I chose this company instead and they were amazing. They were waiting for us at the airport with a sign and knew exactly what to do. We got stuck three and a half hours at the border and missed three ferries to London. They did not charge me one dollar extra. Probably the best car service I ever took.

Questions we get
How far ahead should I book?
Forty-eight hours is comfortable. Last-minute requests often work — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether a vehicle and driver are free.
How many passengers can you carry?
From 1 to 22 passengers, depending on the vehicle. Tell us the group size and we assign the right one — a sedan for a couple, a V-Class for a family, a Sprinter for a group.
Are child seats available?
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us the children's ages and weights when you book so we bring the correct seat — French law requires an approved restraint for every child under 10.
What is included in the price?
The price is fixed and confirmed before departure: door-to-door service, professional driver, meet and greet with a name sign, luggage assistance, tolls, fuel and parking. Entrance tickets, guides and meals are not included unless we state so in writing.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact us as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Cancellation terms and any applicable charges are set out in our terms of sale.
What are your hours?
Transfers run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. The office answers general enquiries Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00 Paris time. Outside those hours, use WhatsApp or SMS.
